Alex Kraemer Real Name
Alex Kraemer appears to be her professional public name. No reliable source lists a different birth name, nickname, or stage name. Some fan sites assume “Alex” is short for a longer first name. None of them cite a document. Treat that idea as a guess until she or a network biography confirms it.
Alex Kraemer Early Life and Education
Alex Kraemer was reportedly raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and studied at the University of Georgia. Most profile sites agree on Lawrenceville, a suburb northeast of Atlanta. One site hints at New York as a possible birthplace, but it offers no support.
Her education is better documented. NESN shared the details when it announced her hiring in August 2017. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a psychology degree. She then earned a master’s degree in sports management at the same school. One profile site places that graduate degree in December 2014. The date fits her early hockey timeline, though nobody has confirmed it.
Several fan sites also add pre med to her majors. The NESN announcement doesn’t mention it. For that reason, this article sticks with psychology and sports management.
The pairing suits her work. Psychology helps a reporter read an athlete during a short, tense interview. Sports management explains how teams, leagues, and media partners operate.
Alex Kraemer Parents and Siblings
Her parents’ and siblings’ names are not publicly disclosed. Alex Kraemer rarely talks about relatives on air or in published interviews. Several websites name family members without any source attached. This article leaves those claims out. If she shares family details publicly later, this section will be the place to update.
Alex Kraemer Husband or Boyfriend
Alex Kraemer’s marital status and relationship history are not publicly disclosed. Search results often push headings like “husband” or “married.” Those pages usually offer no name, no wedding date, and no source. Treat any named spouse with caution.
For a public figure, confirmed relationship news typically comes from her own posts or a trusted news report. Neither has surfaced. Until one does, “not publicly disclosed” is the honest answer.
Alex Kraemer Age, Height, Weight and Physical Appearance
Alex Kraemer is reportedly 35 years old, though her exact birth date is unconfirmed. Most profile sites list February 19, 1991. One site lists December 24, 1991. If the February date holds, she turned 35 earlier this year. If the December date holds, she’s still 34 and turns 35 in December 2026.
| Detail | What Sources Say | Status |
| Birth date | February 19, 1991 (most sites); December 24, 1991 (one site) | Unconfirmed |
| Age in October 2026 | 35 or 34 | Depends on birth date |
| Height | Not publicly disclosed | No reliable source |
| Weight | Not publicly disclosed | No reliable source |
Some pages print exact body measurements. None of them name a measuring source. This article skips those figures because an unverified number adds nothing useful.
What can you say about her public image? NESN’s programming chief described her as a reporter with a competitive athletic background. On screen, she’s known for an energetic, well prepared style.
Alex Kraemer Before Fame
Alex Kraemer started in minor league hockey before she reached the NHL. After several sports internships, she became the pre game and post game reporter and media assistant for the Gladiators. That ECHL team in Georgia was a Bruins affiliate at the time.
One profile site adds that she wrote post game press releases and assisted the play by play broadcaster. That work builds the basics of live broadcasting. You learn deadlines, quick interviews, and accuracy under pressure.
Her early path looked like this:
- She studied psychology, then sports management, at the University of Georgia.
- She completed sports related internships.
- She joined the Gladiators as a reporter and media assistant.
- She hosted a web series called Run it Back for Whistle Sports.
Alex Kraemer Career
Alex Kraemer’s career has four main stops: minor league hockey, venue hosting, NESN, and Newsmax. Each step raised her profile.
Venue Hosting for the Flyers and NYCFC
Before NESN, she worked as an in arena host for the Philadelphia Flyers for two years. She also spent a year as an in stadium host for New York City FC in Major League Soccer, according to the Boston Globe. Venue hosts talk to fans inside the building. One profile says she handled pregame segments and intermissions.
NESN and the Boston Bruins
NESN named her its new Bruins rinkside reporter in August 2017. The role also made her a reporter and host for NESN Sports Today, NESN Sports Update, and NESN Live. NESN’s programming chief praised her work ethic and her skill at connecting with people.
She held the Bruins job for two seasons. The Globe reported that her contract expired in the summer of 2019 and that she would not return. NESN hired Sophia Jurksztowicz for the role that August.
Rinkside reporters handle a fast job during games:
- They gather injury and lineup updates between periods.
- They interview coaches and players near the bench.
- They feed short reports into the live telecast.
- They stay ready for sudden changes, like an early exit by a star player.
Newsmax and National News
After NESN, she moved into national cable news. IMDb credits list Alex Kraemer as an anchor on Wake Up America on Newsmax. Those credits start in 2021 and include episodes through at least April 2025. IMDb files her as “Alex Kraemer (II),” so check that numeral if you search the site.
Her assignment in late 2026 isn’t confirmed here. Check the network’s current anchor lineup before you rely on any “current role” claim.
Alex Kraemer Social Media Presence
Instagram is reportedly Alex Kraemer’s most active platform. One profile says she mixes sports and news content with personal posts. That blend appeals to two audiences: hockey fans from her Boston years and news viewers from her Newsmax work.
Her handles aren’t confirmed here, so none appear. Fake fan accounts are common for broadcasters. Use these checks to find the real one:
- Look for a verified badge.
- Find the account linked from an official network page.
- Compare posts against known on air appearances.
- Ignore accounts that ask for money or private messages.

Alex Kraemer Net Worth and Achievements
Alex Kraemer’s net worth is estimated between roughly $500,000 and $2 million, but no source verifies it. One profile site lists $500,000 to $1.5 million. Another lists $1 million to $2 million. Neither explains its math.
Her income most likely comes from salaried broadcasting roles at NESN and Newsmax, plus hosting work for teams and digital shows. Networks rarely publish anchor pay. So every public figure is an educated guess.
| Estimate Type | Range | Reliability |
| Low estimate (one site) | $500,000 to $1.5 million | Low |
| High estimate (another site) | $1 million to $2 million | Low |
| Working range | About $500,000 to $2 million | Unverified |
Her documented achievements carry more weight than any dollar figure:
- Graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia
- Earned a master’s degree in sports management
- Served as Bruins rinkside reporter on NESN for two seasons
- Hosted for the Flyers and New York City FC
- Reached a national anchor chair on Newsmax
Alex Kraemer Legacy and Impact
Alex Kraemer’s legacy rests on range. Few reporters cover NHL rinks, MLS stadiums, and a national news desk in one career. That flexibility shows how skills from sports reporting transfer to news.
Her Bruins role also placed a woman in a visible spot on a major regional telecast. She joined a growing group of women in North American hockey media. Young reporters can study her path as a practical model: start local, take small markets seriously, and say yes to varied assignments.
Alex Kraemer Nationality and Religion
Alex Kraemer is American by nationality. Sources place her birth and upbringing in Georgia. Her religion and ethnicity are not publicly disclosed, so this article makes no claims about either.
Alex Kraemer Future Plans and Goals
Alex Kraemer has not publicly announced specific future plans. Any site that claims a confirmed next move is guessing. You can still watch a few reliable signals:
- Newsmax programming announcements
- Her verified social accounts
- NHL and MLS broadcast news
- Interviews where she discusses her goals
Her record points to steady growth in broadcasting. Whether that means more anchoring, more sports, or a mix of both remains unconfirmed.
